No I am not referring to the G-Spot, or even God. I am talking about 'gender.' This year, at least for the Democrats, the race (no pun intended) for the Presidency has become a matter of gender vs. race. Sexism at its ugliest?
And when push comes to shove, more African-American females tend to vote for an African-American man favoring race, versus white males who would rather vote for an African-American man than a white woman, favoring gender.
The Democrats, you know the party who has the exclusive on inclusivity, seem to have no clue they are actually dividing the nation into race and gender alienation. Hillarious keeps pounding on her 'experience' (what experience?), whereas Barack talks about 'change' (without any specifics about what that change is). And they both have passionate followers, even in the mainstream media.
But to suggest (by some) that Hillarious is the best 'man' for the job? Or Obama's first 'change' will be to rename the White House. Come on now . . .
On the other hand, the Republican Party, all of a sudden is going through an identity crisis on the notion that for some odd reason the Conservatives all along had the unilateral ownership of the party, are having to decide whether to stay home in the general elections rather than vote for McCain. They'd rather be the sore losers who instead would rather see Hillarious or Obamaman in the White House only to fall flat on their face and ensure a Conservative President for years to come. Great plan, idiotic expectation. Just ask Giuliani about foregoing the present at the expense of the future.
I really don't see great choices between the remaining candidates. Why won't we ever allow non-politicians run for the office? I mean can't Mark Burnett invent a reality show where we can vote off a candidate each week after they perform some 'real' task that 'We The People' can throw their way. And the eventual 'winner' can finally get more votes than any politician would ever receive, while at the same time raising a ton of money to help the treasury thanks to the good folks at AT&T or Sprint or Verizon and text messaging.
I am Metin of TalkTurkey and I approve this post!
