He's got a 4.0 GPA and is the valedictorian at Bullard High in Fresno. But he won't be able to attend college here in the U.S., as Arthur Mkoyan will be deported back to Armenia 10 days after graduation. Isn't this the type of immigration we should honor? Illegal immigrants keep coming and staying, but we need to deport success stories? Oh and by the way, he's been here since 1992, when he was 2. This is cruel and unusual punishment. Not the fact that he's going to Armenia, but the fact that he's being forced to leave the only country he's ever known. Maybe common sense will prevail . . . Or Maybe this November we should deport the Congress who failed to pass the Dream Act.
