Hysteria? No matter what you call it, swine flu is a 'hysterical' phenomena literally in both senses of the word. Here's one Congressman who is not an attorney; he's actually a medical doctor, as well as a sane Constitutionalist and a fellow civil libertarian, who thinks that the swine flu is the Department of Homeland Security's open door invitation "to deal with" these issues, medical or otherwise. Wink wink...
In fact, Dr. Paul claims that more people died from the swine flu vaccine than the disease itself back in another related 'scare' back in the 70s.
By the way, let's put things in proper perspective. More people die from regular flu; or if we only want to compare similar epidemics, than there's malaria and TB (more viral and dangerous). And like I always say, more people die as a result of death than anything else!
